Yogi - 6/15
Breakfast
1 slice of whole wheat bread with organic jam (very little)
1 boiled egg
1/2 cup of hash brown
tea
1 cup rice with salsa
fiber one bar
1/2 cup brown rice with salad and chicken
50 min run walk and 15 mins of run
one beer
