wooohoo.. i just weighed myself.. when i started i was 147.. i am happy to say that this morning I was 142!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woot woot.. great great morning!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 slices of wheat thin toast with one laughing cow cheese
2 boiled eggs
1 100 calorie pack
1 diet coke
1/2 cup low sodium jambalaya rice
4 strips of perdue chicken
1/2 avocado
water!!!!! drinking lots of water today
fiber one bar
worked out - spin clas for an hour - 685 calories burned
dinner:
1/2 cup rice
cup of salad
1/2 of 1/4 of chicken
