Up .2 lbs today.
Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice. Eggs and bacon
Snack: Small bowl of strawberries and raspberries
Lunch: Fresh vegetable juice. Salmon and 1/2 baked sweet potato with a couple of slivers of butter
Snack: About half a handful of cashews. That's all that was left in the jar.
Dinner: Soba noodles with artichokes and avocado. Peanuts
Snack: 3 sesame rice balls
Today is my rest day (read lazy day). I rested (read did absolutely nothing).
