Down .4 lbs this morning. According to the Wii, I have 9.7 more lbs to go to reach my goal by the conference. If baby steps will get me there, baby steps I'm happy to take.
Breakfast: Eggs & bacon
Lunch: Tuna melt
Snack: Greek yogurt (What's the difference between Greek yogurt and the regular kind?)
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: Eggs with kimchee
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts
Snack: Cashews
1 hour 35 minutes total exercise today. 15 minutes swimming. 80 minutes on the treadmill. Aerobic steps 9,068. Total steps 11,100.
