Maintaining the status quo

No change in the scale today.

Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts
Lunch: One crab rangoon, salad with chicken
Snack: Apple sprinkled with cinnamon
Dinner: Shu Mai with chili bean sauce and baked sweet potato with sour cream
Snack: 2 sesame rice balls

100 minutes on the bike
