No change in weight today. I might not have seen much change in the scale, but I feel better for the tough workouts lately (stomach bug excluded).
Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Lunch: Kimchi omelette and Clamato juice
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts
Dinner: Salmon with mushrooms, peppers and onions
Snack: Greek yogurt
Snack: One row organic dark chocolate with ginger
Ginger tea
Felt really bloated after dinner.
Not drinking any more Clamato juice! What I thought was a healthy vegetable beverage is full of high fructose corn syrup and MSG!
2 hours 4 minutes total on bike.
