Slowing down

Not too strenuous today. Total 5,097 steps. Made sure to drink LOTS of water!

Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain bread with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Snack: Marinated artichoke hearts and dill pickle
Lunch: Salad with chicken
Snack: 3 of Suzanne's home made cookies. Yummy!
Snack: Another cookie (Bad girl!)
Ginger tea
Dinner: Grilled halibut and baked sweet potato strings.
Snack: 2 cookies.
Late snack: One row organic dark chocolate with ginger

Francis better hide that bag of cookies. I deserve to gain weight today! No sugar for me tomorrow!
