Okay, so getting back to my starting point again is a good place to be at the beginning of a new week. It would sure be nice if I could stop going up and down within the same 8 lbs.
Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with peanut butter and Marmite
Snack: Cashews
Lunch: Salad with salmon
Snack: Greek yogurt
Dinner: Kimchi omelette
Snack: Greek yogurt
2 hours total exercise. 1 hour Barbie's workout. 1 hour on the treadmill. Pedometer was on sideways, so I have no step count today. My hips ache. Worked hard!
