No change on the scale today.
Haven't heard from Korea yet. Trying to be positive, but I feel so anxious. However, I checked in with a friend who works for the US firm and they didn't receive any announcements, so I'm taking that as a good sign.
Breakfast: Feta omelette
Snack: Apple sprinkled with cinnamon (Mmmm! So refreshing!)
Lunch: One slice sprouted grain bread with natural peanut butter and Marmite.
Snack: Artichoke hearts
Dinner: Sweet potato fritters with peach salsa
Snack: Greek yogurt
93 minutes total exercise today. 60 minutes Hare workout. 33 minutes on the treadmill. 3,568 aerobic steps. 7,628 total steps.
