Friday
breakfast - thin 100 calorie bagels. one with 60 cal creme chese the othe rwith peanut butter
lunch - cant remember
dinner - lots of vodka, club and lime juice. chips with dip sauce and mcdonlads burger after a drunken night. - went out with some friends.. they had friends who we have met before but never really hit it off with.. well this time we did.. it was soo much fun..
saturday
breakfast, lunch and dinner = went to this amazing arabic restaurant..had pita with hummus, babaganoush, rice with chicken.. amazing amazing food.. ate alot
then went to play poke with family - 2 chicken wings.. a hand ful of tortilal chips with salsa
sunday -ate like a pig.. home alone.. everytime im home alone, i eat like a big
left overs from arabic restaurant
pita that i bough at the store with vegtable thing that you marinate in a pink sauce with the best lebnah yogurt.. all this was bad..but not horrible thing i ate ice creame.. and then went over to my brothers and had the best peas and rice and oh i did not hit the gym
monday
stayed at my brothers since andres is travelling for the week
breakfst, lunch and snack - beans and rice and one slice of pizza
went running and it felt great
dinner - made raita (yogurt) and had some chicken with chick peas - delicious
back to being a good girl
Ladies i want to loose 8 lbs by end of august and give you free reign to scold me when you see me fall of the wagon
