Up .2 lbs this morning. No more jogging for awhile. My ankles hurt this morning, not in a good way, so what I did yesterday was too much. :( My legs are rather tired lately, so had a not-overly-strenuous treadmill day, to get my body a bit of a rest without foregoing exercise altogether. Wish I could afford a Power Plate.
Breakfast: Vegetable omelette
Snack: Cashews
Lunch: Salad with bacon
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: Grilled salmon and baked sweet potato with a bit of sour cream
Snack: Small banana
92 minutes total on the treadmill. 10,082 aerobic steps. 11,171 total steps.
aww Marina.. im keeping my fingers crossed for your friends. Sucks about the ankle.. so one thing i can suggest is to wear compression socks when you work out.. those bad boys really help me when i run with my shins, ankles and calves
