Weekly cumulative

Since last Monday I'm down a total of 1.7 lbs, and have 8.4 lbs to go to reach my goal.

Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Snack: Greek yogurt
Lunch: Salad with chicken and avocado (My arms were so shaky after my workout at lunch that it was hard to hold my plate.)
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts
Dinner: Veggies with ground beef
Snack: Greek yogurt

30 minutes on the treadmill. 60 minutes Tortoise workout. 3,318 aerobic steps. Total steps 5,186.

Going to give that detox plan a try for 3 days, starting on Wednesday. Francis bought ginger cream cookies. What a bad guy! I haven't eaten any... So far.
