monday - yogi

breakfast
2 whole wheat slices of toast with laughing cow cheese

snack
weight watchers string cheese and peach
stupid chocolate pieces that were laying in the reception from Singapore. Had one piece

lunch
1 cup zatarains reduced sodium beans and rice.. - so good and low cal with lebneh yogurt (best yogurt eve - mediterainean)
salad

snack
banana

dinner - bagel thin with egg and 3 slices of eggplant that had a little bit of paramsean cheese..
