Well, my Wii Fit age is 25 today. I'll take it! :) Down .4 lbs to another new low.
Breakfast: One slice sprouted whole grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite.
Late morning: Organic jasmine green tea.
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with kimchi
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: Kimbap
Snack: 3 sesame rice balls
1 hour 31 minutes total exercise today. 34 minutes MAX Workouts-Cardio intervals on the bike. 57 minutes regular aerobic on the bike.
The only drawback I'm finding to all this intense exercise is that the sweat is aggravating eczema on my face. It's mild, thankfully, but I'd rather it wasn't there at all. If I can get healthy and fit, though, it will be worth it.
