Marina - Rest day

Up .4 lbs this morning. Bleh!

Breakfast: Two slices sprouted multigrain toast with avocado, garlic and tomato. Mmm!
Lunch: Salad with chicken and avocado
Snack: Cashews
Snack: One slice of cheese bread with butter
Dinner: Nut crusted salmon with veggies
Snack: 3 sesame balls

Today would have been a great day to go to the beach. It certainly would have been more fun than how I actually did spend my day, running errands and working. Can't wait for the long weekend!

Didn't drink anywhere near enough water today. My ankles are swollen. Didn't get any exercise, either, although that part was intentional. I'm scared to step on the scale tomorrow!
