Marina - New low!

Down 1.5 lbs today! Woohoo! I shouldn't get too excited because when I drop that much I usually go back up again pretty quickly, but I'm very happy anyway! :) 2.4 lbs to go to reach my goal. My hands and ankles aren't as swollen as they have been for the past couple of days, so I'm sure water has made a difference. Who knows? Maybe that whey protein helped, too.

Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite. Jasmine green tea.
Snack: Macadamias
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with kimchi
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts
Dinner: Vegetables and salmon in Madras curry sauce
Snack: Greek yogurt

1 hour 33 minutes total exercise today. 30 minutes MAX Workouts-Cardio intervals on the bike. 1 hour 3 minutes regular aerobic on the bike.
