Down .2 lbs this morning. I'm pleased but I have to admit just slightly disappointed, too. I really thought it would be more. Back to the 55lb loss mark, again. Still haven't quite made it back to the lowest ever point from earlier this week. Hope I can stay under it this time, and keep going down. It would be nice if it really were as simple as calories consumed vs calories expended.
Breakfast: Omelette. Fresh tomato and cucumber juice.
Snack: Cashews
Lunch: Salad with mahi mahi
Snack: Small bowl of strawberries and raspberries
Dinner: Chicken and vegetables in a Madras curry sauce
Snack: Almonds
1 hour 48 minutes total exercise today. 73 minutes on the bike. 35 minutes MAX Workouts-weights. Can I spend my entire Saturday in bed, not moving a muscle, sleeping and dreaming sweet dreams? That's never going to happen, but the thought sure appeals to me right now!
