Rest day

Up .4 lbs since yesterday. Disappointing, but not surprising. Exactly down 55 lbs today, so if I gain any more back, I'll lose that milestone. Added more food today, but still drinking juices, also.

Before breakfast: Barley grass in water.
Breakfast: Carrot, cucumber, beetroot and spinach juice
Lunch: Kimbap
Mid-afternoon: Carrot, apple and ginger juice.
Late afternoon: Barley grass in water
Dinner: Salmon and salad with avocado
Evening: Almonds
Before bed: Moroccan mint tea

50 minutes of yoga. 30 minutes general practice yoga. 20 minutes PM Yoga Spent a little time in the sun before the thunderstorm rolled in. I wonder what the SPF is for the screens in a screened enclosure. I could be out there all day and never burn. Too hot to stay out there very long these days, though.

  2. Once I get where I want to be, hopefully I'll never be in the position where I need to lose so much again! I truly envy those people who have fast metabolisms! :)
