so ladies..i have obviously been really bad the past week.. 2 days of working out and 7 days of eating like crap.. so i need to be really good this week.. i was semi good yesterday
morning - egg and beans arepa (colombian bread)
afternoon - alot of sleep and 100 calorie pack
evening - talapia
night - 10 cheeries
monday
2 boiled eggs
bagel thin with 35 calorie pack laughing cow cheese
