Marina - Weekly cumulative

Down 1.3 lbs from last Monday. 4.4 lbs to go to reach my goal. No change since yesterday. Given that I got no exercise at all yesterday, I'm surprised, but pleased.

Breakfast: Fresh vegetable juice. Omelette
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Salad with chicken
Snack: Small bowl of raspberries and strawberries. Organic jasmine green tea.
Dinner: Kimbap
Snack: Dry roasted music

Total 1 hour 36 minutes of exercise today. 45 minutes MAX Workouts-Weights. 51 minutes on the treadmill. The rest this weekend must have been very beneficial for me. I did my weights workout before work, and while weights just seem heavier to me first thing in the morning, I had tons of energy. I got so into my music that I was dancing around in between sets. So much better than the exhaustion I was feeling all last week!

Not sure what I should say to both of you to be supportive. Do I say "Bad girls!", or let it pass without comment because you already know? :)
