yogi - tuesday 8-2

i skipped breakfast!! wwwaaaa.. completely forgot about it.. not good
had my snack - peach and weight watchers slice of cheese instead for breakfast
no morning snack
zatarains rice and yogurt that i cooked at home for lunch
fiber one bar for dinner
went spinning!!!! willy is back!!!!!! He kicked my butt.. he always does this thing where he does a major sprint for the last song.. when he was done.. he said ok whos up for one last song.. and i swear i was about to tackle the girl that was like yeah.. one more sprint.. i said and yes, out loud..maybe you should try turning up your resistant like you were instructed.. cuz seriously if she did then she would not be asking for another sprint..
dinner.. made some yummy blackened talapia with cucmber and radish sald that i got from weight watchers site..
all in all a great day
