Detox = net loss

Down .2 lbs today. So, three days after the three day detox, I'd say there was a 3 lb net loss. I did it for health reasons rather than weight loss, but I'm happy with the weight loss, too! Gets me that much closer to my September goal. Almost half way there! Yesterday's new exercise program is having an impact today. I can feel it in my gluts, hamstrings, inner thighs, and all around my waist, including lower back.

Breakfast: One slice sprouted multi-grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Snack: Fresh vegetable juice, almonds
Lunch: Wedge of Laughing Cow cheese. Organic jasmine green tea.
Snack: Fresh vegetable juice
Before dinner snack: Cashews (Couldn't wait for dinner. I was starving!)
Dinner: Kimbap with salmon

86 minutes total exercise. 54 minutes on the treadmill. 32 minutes Max Workouts-Cardio on the bike. 5,740 aerobic steps. 9,001 total steps.
