Breakfast: 2 eggs. Fresh vegetable juice
Snack: Cashews
Lunch: Salad with salmon. Jasmine green tea
Afternoon: Fresh vegetable juice
Dinner: 2 Angel Krabs, Garlic Lovers vegetables with beef
Evening: Ginger tea
Kate, reading your entries made me want to visit Thai Korner, one of the two best restaurants in Palm Coast. So delicious! And so fresh! Since dinner was mostly vegetables, I don't feel guilty, even though I ate a little more than I should have. There's plenty left over to have with breakfast tomorrow.
2 hours 17 minutes total exercise. 1 hour 34 minutes on the bike. 43 minutes MAX Workouts-Weights (I'm typing this sentence right after I finished my workout. It's hard to type because my hands and arms are shaking! Whew!)
