Breakfast: One slice sprouted grain toast with natural peanut butter and Marmite
Lunch: Salad with chicken
Snack: Cashews
Early evening: Fresh carrot, apple, ginger juice
Dinner: Spanish tortilla
Snack: 3 sesame rice balls
Today was my active recovery day, meaning I could do whatever I wanted as long as I got in at least 40 minutes of aerobic activity. Since I haven't done any of my Firm workout DVDs in nearly two weeks, I decided to do the Hare. Looking forward to my rest day, tomorrow.
1 hour 21 minutes total exercise. 1 hour aerobic weights. 21 minutes on the treadmill at 3 incline.
