An oldie but a goodie

Down .2 lbs again today. I didn't intend to skip breakfast, but by the time I'd finished doing things, it was already noon. Did another aerobic weight training video from The Firm. Tracie Long was our other favorite instructor, and while it's not quite as tough as Barbie's workout, I still look like a freckle-faced strawberry by the time I'm done. This workout makes it very apparent that my left leg is stronger than my right. The Hare is a cross-training video designed to alternate with The Tortoise, which I rebought in DVD format today. These workouts might be old, but they're still very good.

Lunch: Salad with chicken
Snack: 3 sesame rice balls
Ginger tea
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: Grilled steak and veggies
Snack: Dry roasted peanuts

1 hour 45 minutes total exercise time. 1 hour aerobic weight-training: The Hare. 15 minutes treadmill. 30 minutes swimming. Aerobic steps: 1,722. Total steps: 4,874.
